A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Vignettes (vee·nyets) presents numerous dream sketches for you to explore. Scenes from the past, spaces lost in time, times lost in space. Reach inner peace and complete your dream diary.
Controls
- WASD to move
- Mouse to look
- Shift to sprint
- Click on things in the bedroom to interact with them
- Press escape when dreaming to force yourself to wake up
Vignettes will automatically save your progress.
If you wish to reset your progress, you can do so by deleting the following file:
Windows: C:\Users\<userprofile>\AppData\LocalLow\Figglewatts\Vignettes\Saves\save.sav OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Figglewatts/Vignettes/Saves/save.sav Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Figglewatts/Vignettes/Saves/save.sav

is the one synth track a tribute to AFX/Aphex Twin's I'm Self Employed? Also noticed the message about computer viruses and spyware, and a lot of the Analord tracks are named after computer viruses
Not intentionally but I'm a big Aphex Twin fan so maybe some came through subconsciously :)

Pretty cool, though I think I might be missing something. Collected all the books but there's still a ? on the last page and I haven't found any other areas.
The last area can sometimes be difficult to find!

No, actually! I had not heard of Barry before your comment. Out of interest, which parts of the game reminded you of him?

Ah, interesting! It was actually a reference to LSD: Dream Emulator, which had Kanji writing on the walls sometimes!
