The Charity Shop

The Charity Shop is an atmospheric, surreal, first-person adventure game where you must use your camera to capture the essence of a life lived. To this end, you have been delivered before The Charity Shop, the place where people donate unwanted belongings—each carrying an imprint of the time they once shared.

"Everything here is in a state of flux—the negative space between owners. From one owner to the next, we're here to help pass the baton."

"People always have things to donate—whether the owners have outlived their belongings, or their belongings have outlived them, we're always getting different things."

Content Warning

The Charity Shop contains many references and allusions to death, as well as a scene depicting a serious car accident.

Playtime

The Charity Shop takes between 40 to 90 minutes to complete. It features an automatic save system, so you can save your progress whenever you'd like and resume.
